Postural Yoga & Meditation Basics Intensive

Live Wednesdays: 6:30p - 9p (Practice, Meditation, & Coaching)
( You are encouraged to participate live, but
may opt for watching the recording later. )
Plus Two Hours of Online Content Each Week (on your own time)
Plus 90 minute recorded practice each week (on your own time)

In total: 14 hours of online presentation & sadhana content +
10.5 hours of recorded practice + 20 hours of Live Meeting Time
= 44.5 total hours of content.

These nine weeks will be with Yoga Teacher Trainees, studying the basics of postural yoga and it's impact on the body, state of mind, and the spiritual. We will also practice the ground basics of meditation posture. There will be two mat practices each week (one 90 minute, one recorded), one 20 minute meditation practice each week, and one live review/coaching session each week to clarify the online material and practices.

Re-Taking Course: $99


There will be a "sequel course" of Advanced Yoga Studies coming
Feb 20th - March 27th that will require completion of this (or earlier equivalent) course as it will build upon the principles of this course.

Bedtime Yoga for Better Sleep

w/ Charlotte Easterling

2020s messing with your sleep? You're not alone. This workshop will help you build a toolbox so you have options when counting sheep isn't doing the trick. Learn breath and relaxation techniques, lifestyle tweaks, and at-home yoga sequences to help you soothe a busy mind and get a good night's sleep. Feel free to wear your pajamas for this workshop!
